I’m a 44 year old that has tried pretty much everything for health and fitness!. This gym is life and body changing! I cannot say enough good things about it! The coaches are fabulous, they actually care about you, and stay in contact! This place is a hidden gem in Omaha! I highly recommend, my only regret is we didn’t find it sooner!

Update: I kept coming to the gym even after the program! This team is amazing!! Below you can see my before and after pictures. Their 6 weeks challenge is a life changing experience. This is a small gym. Don’t expect it to have anything fancy. What they do well is teach you about the fundamentals and make you strong physically and mentally; you learn how to stay fit and strong in the long run instead of just losing weight in the short term and not being able to keep it off. If you follow just 80% of what Ryan teaches you, you will see great results. Mason is a great trainer as well. I highly recommend the place.

Fantastic place to learn MMA as a novice female. Having had absolutely no experience prior to starting here, it's incredible how much you can learn so fast. It's a great work out, confidence-builder, and self-defense primer. The coaches are super knowledgeable and Coach Jensen is an all-around great guy (look up his Dancing with the Stars of Omaha and the news story about him saving people from a burning apartment building on YouTube--seriously). I wish my work schedule would have allowed more time to explore the Jiu Jitsu and boxing classes they offer as well. The students who took those classes as well definitely have the advantage!

Premier Combat Center is a great facility. I joined the 6 week challenge there and lost 25 pounds and a little over 5% body fat. The coaches were very encouraging and even when I doubted myself, they seemed to believe in me. I’ve met some phenomenal individuals with some similar goals. 💪🏽

Completed the six week challenge, lost 21 pounds (196 to 175) and 6 percent body fat (31 to 25). This is a really great environment to work out in and achieve goals. The coaches motivate and push you to go 100%, the other gym members are encouraging and fun , and the meal plan is simple and easy to follow. Workouts change and you can go to boxing 3 times a week! 5 stars Cannot say enough good things about this place.

Great gym! I'm just starting out with BJJ. This is one of the most challenging yet rewarding activities I've pursued. Started with their two week trial program which was great to make sure it was for me with very minimal cost and no commitment. Coach Ryan (gym owner) is extremely patient with us noob white belts and a fountain of knowledge. I'm looking forward to bettering myself with the tools I've learned here.

My 6 year old has been attending classes for 1 year and my 8 year old has been going for two years. The classes are part learning and part having fun and exercising. The environment is clean and fun, this is NOT Fight Club for kids. Having watched my kids for 2 years I decided at 37 to start taking classes and love it. While there are professional fighters working out at the same time and that level of training is available, I work out with the less experienced guys and have found the environment to be very positive. It is a great workout and experience I think most people would benefit from.

Great gym, with phenomenal world class coaches that care about your growth as a person and push you to be better physically, mentally, and emotionally. Whether you're looking to get in shape, learn self-defense, or compete at the highest level in a combat sport this is the #1 gym in Nebraska to do it. No judgements, different levels and paces for each individual, and a real sense of friendship and family when you come in every night. Have made great friendships and connections, while learning to protect myself, friends, and family. Sky is the limit at Premier Combat in whatever you choice to learn and experience inside the gym.

Owners Ryan Jensen and Kurt Podany have created a world class training environment. The professionalism of the coaches is outstanding. My daughter and I have been coming to Premier for 5 years and have always found the coaches and athletes to be respectful and encouraging. The gym is clean and the classes are well organized. Training techniques are cutting edge in part because of the efforts of the coaches to collaborate and develop relationships with Jackson!s MMA and coaches from Brazil to create a progressive learning curriculum. The last year has been blessed as boxing Coaches Jose Campus and Christian Trinidad have developed a great boxing program at Premier. They teach boxing skills and boxing conditioning as well as developing some of their teenage athletes to where they are ranked nationally as competitors. Coach Podany's kickboxing classes speak for themselves. He was a world champion and it is apparent in his philosophy of training and how he can breakdown and teach the skills of his craft. There is no one like Ryan Jensen in the Midwest. He can do it all. He is masterful at teaching you how to bring all of your skills together for self defense or MMA competition. If you want to be the best or at least learn from some of the best coaches in the world then this is the place to train. Training at Premier Combat Center is demanding but is is safe, effective and always creates a sense of accomplishment and progressive achievement.

I started training at PCC a little over a year ago. The gym is great and coaches are even better! I haven't been the most reliable student but they have been there to work with me along the way. The price is a little high but for what you get out of it, it is worth it! The coaches are incredible and full of knowledge and can work with all types of people. My son is 3 and as soon as he is old enough to listen well he will be in there training. Not just a gym, it feels like a family!

I called about a signing our son up, was told to be here at 7:30pm. Drove from Bennington to find that there was no class that night and no reason for us to have to be there specifically at 7:30. Total waste of time plus girl at desk gave us the same info that I could have been told on the phone when I called.

So premier was doing a promation for their free six week challenge ( you pay upfront and at the end of the 6 weeks you can get ur money back or you it as credit towards a membership at the gym) so I decided to sign up since I heard it was a good gym. I sign up and have scheduled consultation for 6 pm two days later. I arrive to the gym about 5 minutes before my appointment check with the receptionist, who hand me some paper work to fill out and tell me that the person I will be seeing is finishing up with some clients and will be out shortly to get me. I go use the bathroom and come back and seat in the gym waiting for someone to get me. After 15 minutes had passed I went back to the receptionist hand in the paperwork I had to fill out and again was told I would be seen shortly. I go back to sit down wait another 15 minutes and no one comes to get me or give a update on what is going on with my appointment. So I decided to leave because I had waited 30 minutes for my schedule appointment and was not seen by anyone. Plus I had another place to be at. So I leave and I expected a call or something from the time see why I left or even just a sorry and a reschedule but got none of the above. So the next day I decided to email and text the person from the gym who texted me the night before confirming my appointment. The email and text I sent did not belittle the gym or anything like that but just explained how I was disappointed with my experience there and that I felt that my time was not a concern of theirs since it was "free" session. I was not looking for any kind of compensation from the email or text but just an apology of some sort possibly a reschedule. That was not the case though. I received a text back from them tell me that they had gotten busy filling spot since it was the last day to sign up. Then I was told in these exact words " we are a small business ran by humans and sometimes you have to wait. Good luck on your fitness goals" I was blown away by this response. Not only was it an insincere apology but you insult me by telling me you are business ran by humans! Who does not know that! That is by far the rudest I have ever been treated as customer/potential member. I could understand is I was rude, disrespectful, irate and talking down on the gym and staff but I did none of that. I respectful gave an account of my experience and the lack of customer service I received that is all. I did not respond to the text I just left there. I still have not heard from the owner from the gym or any other staff there. I would not recommend this gym do to the lack of common courtesy to a customer or potential member. There was no concern for my time or money on top of being disrespected as a person.

They induced to join in their membership, their documents were looking not fair. I was worried not to be able cancelation before or during the membership. The documents were 4~5 papers, and I didn’t have enough time to read those. And, I asked several times to cancel before the first time of training, they had set me ease whenever I can cancel before 2 weeks from the first formal membership day. And I paid for 2 weeks trial program, but I had to cancel it, because I just only tried 1 class on it, so it was not economical. I called to cancel before the first trial day, and they said it was canceled. But they didn’t refund 29.95 dollars. Just they ignored me and they pretended busy. I called to my bank, and contacted with BBB. And they didn’t want but the bank forced to give it back. Then they tried to charge formal membership price from my card without my agreement illegally twice for 2~3 months. And they had stop it from my complaint on BBB and Attorney general of Omaha, NE. But after 4 months, they tried to charge 29.95 dollars again. I reported about it to FBI, and Justice office, and US federal department of Financial Fraud. They were looking like the kind of Psychopath.
