    The atmosphere at Practical MMA is great. Everyone is friendly and welcoming and the instructors are amazing. I have been training here for about 4 years now under Chris's instruction. I would recommend this gym to anyone that asks!

    UPDATE: My son is going to be 13 and is still at this dojo! He's loving his results and now has his cousins there with him! Best martial arts gym I've found! My 11 year old is loving it! Already gaining confidence and friends! Such a great workout to burn off energy and get in shape. The instructors are calm and patient and work very well with children. I highly recommend this place for all ages!

    I just started not long ago, prices are very affordable and you start with pretty much all the gear. The people who go to the gym are all very respectful and helpful. Overall just a great place to be and you feel like family. Highly recommend for anyone who can.
