My son and daughter have been going to Popkin-Brogna for a year now, and they have grown tremendously. The staff is phenomenal. I cannot say enough how much we appreciate them. They are knowledgeable, patient and encouraging. You can tell they truly care about each child. My son is more confident and focused. He is respectful and kind. Even as a parent, I have learned so much from the class, and how to best navigate raising my children. 100% recommend Popkin-Brogna Jujitsu - hands down the best!

We joined Popkin-Brogna Jujitsu Center right before Thanksgiving. It’s the best decision we have made for our son. The dojo is spotless. And the instructors are professional, supportive and very welcoming. The moment you step through the door you are treated like part of the family. Three months in and my son's confidence has already skyrocketed. He absolutely loves his time in the dojo. I’m pretty sure he’d live there if he could. His behavior at home has greatly improved as well. His every day responsibilities are taken care of without being asked and when I ask him to do something for me I only have to ask once (unless he doesn’t hear me 🤣).

We've been incredibly impressed with Popkin-Brogna Jiu-Jitsu Center. The instructors are not only highly skilled but also incredibly patient and encouraging. They've created a positive and supportive environment where our child has thrived. Beyond the technical aspects of Jiu-Jitsu, we've noticed significant improvements in our child's confidence, discipline, and focus. The center's emphasis on building character and respect has been invaluable. Above and beyond the classes themselves the staff organize activities in order to foster and grow the sense of community. Huge shout out for planning an incredibly successful annual fishing trip for the kids! I highly recommend PBJJC for anyone looking for quality martial arts experience for their kids!

I recently reached out to Popkin- Brogna as I wanted to enroll my kids. Their customer service is excellent and they get back to you quickly. Nick and Joseph whom I had been in touch with were very friendly, polite and helpful as they took the time to answer all my questions. I also appreciated the weekly emails on what benefits kids get by partaking in the program. Lastly, I had a chance to sit in on the class today and was impressed with the way they start and wrap up the session with motivation! During the session you can see how the senseis take time to work with each child. I highly recommend this Jujitsu Center.

My 9 y/o daughter recently joined PBJJC after a 5 year hiatus. She struggles with ADHD, Anxiety, Impulse control and confidence. In just the 2+ months she has been back, her focus, attention, and confidence has grown immensely. She’s speaking up more in school. She’s initiating with peers. Her motivation to want to always try harder is something to be admired. It was hard for her to go back. She left because she advanced to a higher class and got overwhelmed by the class size. She was determined to do it this time , with all new senpais, and new students. From day 1, she has felt welcomed and now looks forward to the next day she gets to go to class. Watching your child find an activity they feel good about themselves is such a dream as a parent. We are so appreciative to all the staff- Senpais Nick (yes, there are 2), Sensei Howard, and Sensei Joe. It takes a village and we are blessed to have PBJJC as part of ours.
