My sons have been attending the academy for over 2 years now and they absolutely love the whole experience with the team and specifically Martin is so professional and supportive with my boys in whatever their need. Their confidence,self-esteem and discipline has boosted a lot with his help and encouragement in how they feel and what they can do best in different situations of their life. They enjoy each class they attend as they gain lots of behavior knowledge and fun at the same time. Posted 3 months agoI have recently joined Phoenix, I was so nervous for my first class but everyone was so welcoming I needn’t had worried. I am quite unfit but you can do some of the warm ups at your own pace and the kickboxing there is great instruction as well as support from the other attendees. Martin has been really supportive and the call before attending the first class was really reassuring and also a check in after a few weeks just shows his commitment to making everyone feel supported. It’s just such a fun class and great way to learn new skills, meet new people and to destress!
Posted 5 months agoMartin is extremely experienced, providing excellent teaching and has the patience of a Saint especially with the young children. He focuses on self confidence, personal growth and discipline, alongside the physical martial arts. My son adores Martin and his team at Phoenix and is thriving since starting here.
Posted 3 months agoExcellent club, friendly and welcoming. Always greated with a smile from Jo. Martin explains the moves perfectly & is always patient and understanding. The classes are the perfect size and I feel that I get enough tuition to learn correctly. I like the app that is updated with the curriculum for the next belt grading and various club updates. I am very glad I found this club & see myself attending for years to come.
Posted 2 months agoMy son has been going here for 2 months now. He really enjoys the sessions and was so happy with getting his first belt. The sessions are well-paced and kept interesting and it is nice to see older students playing a key assistant coach role.
