    first time for my son and I training Jiu Jitsu and I am very grateful to have found this academy which has helped us improve our quality of life. Coach Ben has been helping my son with confidence and skill development. Coach Alyssa and Miquela are always available for questions and support. Coach Kindell and profesor are always ready to help us with techniques and fundamentals. Located in the south valley and with affordable rates, this gym offers you a family and friendly environment that highlights values and positivism for people of all ages. I am excited to see the expansion of the facility and of this amazing team!

    We enjoy doing Jiu Jitsu as a family at Misfits. Our family is very thankful that they came to the South Valley. Love how it’s a family owned and Christian based Jiu Jitsu company. Friendly, fun and very knowledgeable of Jiu Jitsu. Our kids are learning SO much here!

    After signing my kids up for jiu jitsu and watching them learn and getting ready to compete, I decided to take on the endeavor with them. I could not recommend a more capable team of instructors and superb family friendly environment. If you live in the south valley and are looking to learn jiu jitsu I highly recommend you come check it out.

    Our daughters have been attending since they opened in May and we love the Misfit team and family. Classes are offered 6 days per week and we regularly attend 5 because our daughters look forward to going, my husband is excited to join as well. The coaches and Professor are kind and caring while also being firm and they are all great teachers! It’s a wonderful gym with amazing people that are really working hard. All of the kids and families get along well - our daughters look forward to going to class to learn, see their coaches, and their friends too! So thankful to have this place in the SW!

    My family is very active with sports and when we found out there was a jiujitsu gym that was opening up in the south valley, we jumped at the opportunity! My oldest had some experience at another gym prior to sign up it’s my youngest first time and I can say that I see the difference in the Professor, and coaches! They are amazing teachers and patient with all ages! Very family oriented as well!! Check them out!! You won’t regret it!!
