A brilliant place to train Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I started training here 3 years ago when I was 13 and it’s been extremely up and down with injuries but Simon Squires the head coach always made sure I didn’t do anything that would worsen my injury and always helped me push through the hard times. He also guided through the competitions that I did and is always open to give advice. I really recommend training here there are some great people and high level training.

Simon runs an outstanding BJJ academy! He is a fantastic instructor who breaks down techniques with clarity and great attention to detail. The academy offers a lot of classes and the place is clean and tidy; the atmosphere is freindly and everyone is welcoming.

Great gym with a welcoming atmosphere for all levels. Simon is a great coach and goes out of his way to help each student individually. Classes on seven days a week so plenty of opportunity to get your training in regardless of your schedule.

A super great gym. The vibe is chill and Simon is very knowledgeable, overall this gym and community made moving to the UK by myself way easier. I’d recommend it to anyone, even starting as a beginner you, Simon ensures you’ll get the instruction you need to understand concepts and build your foundation soundly.
