Recently started training at Ouroboros MMA having had zero experience, great club and great training sessions. David is an excellent and experienced coach, everyone is friendly with a cooperative and helpful culture.

An excellent place to kickstart your MMA journey. Dave’s coaching is perfect for beginners and advanced, his approach to each session is motivating and he works to get the best out of you. I highly recommend anyone to join this gym as the environment is welcoming and all members of the gym help you develop to become the best fighter you can be.

Great gym with wonderful community. I have been trained with this gym for a year and love it. There are various combat styles to explore with highly experiences, well-informed and dedicated coach, Dave. It absolutly worth your time if you interested to learn something new and having fun with respectful community.

I had recently moved to Romsey and was looking for somewhere local to get back into MMA. I reached out to Dave and from the get go he was so supportive and informative. Joining Ouroboros was great, they're a welcoming and friendly group that help and encourage each other. Dave is amazing, he's so passionate and you can tell he loves what he does and strives to help others to be the best version of themselves. I've learned a lot through Dave and wouldn't go anywhere else. I can't recommend Ouroboros MMA highly enough. Thanks Dave! ♥️

Amazing Martial arts gym, huge variety of classes and Dave, the coach, has some amazing experience and is a great coach. Feel like I've improved more in the short time I've been at ouroboros than in my entire time training. Would recommend, 10/10 🤙🏼
