  A great little club. Been there with my two children since the beginning and they love it. All the instructors have great patience and knowledge and have transformed my children’s confidence. They have a great mix of sizes, abilities and ages along with the right amount of focused ju-jutsu tuition complimented with games that also develop technique, improve fitness that works very well for the younger members and at the end of the classes it’s always a fun group activity that brings everyone together. Extremely reasonably priced and I feel very confident that my children are cared for and safe the times that I am unable to sit and watch. Very happy.

  I have been really impressed with the training Alex and his team provide to my son and all the kids involved in his Hampshire BJJ Jiu Jitsu sessions. My son loves the classes and they provide him with a safe and structured place to learn. The physical nature of jiu jitsu and the boundaries implemented by the Hampshire BJJ team have created a great environment for the children to develop discipline and respect in controlled combat. Its brilliant for their confidence. Highly recommended for all levels of physical abillity.

  I've been training at Hampshire BJJ for 4 months now, and it has been brilliant. The coaches are very good at instructing and it they look after the students very well. If you are a complete beginner, or even if you have been doing it for a few years, there is definitely something for you there!

  Superb class, both my children 8 and 11 absolutely love it. The teacher is incredibly calm and an all round great teacher, can’t recommend highly enough for all kids who would like to learn some self defence skills in a skilled calm approach.
