My son aged 5 has only been attending for a short time but absolutely loves every Thursday when he has his Marial Arts. He is always super excited to go and counts down the days. He absolutely loves getting praised for his good work and being able to grade to get new belts is a big bonus! Lovely instructor who is very caring with the children and always fun, at the same time able to keep structure and control with the more energetic little ones 😀 By far the best activity to choose that teaches the children both fun techniques but also valuable life lessons.

We've been attending for a few weeks now and I've been really impressed with the instructor. Really positive messaging throughout about listening, integrity, resilience etc and a firm, fair and fun approach keeps the kids engaged and on track as much as you can expect with 4-6 year olds!

My both son is doing martial class for 5years & 3years with Hero martial school. The instructors are patient, encouraging, and clearly skilled at tailoring their teaching to younger students. My both son has not only improved their physical fitness with fun, dynamic exercises but also gained valuable life skills like discipline, focus, and self-confidence. The class structure is well-balanced with a mix of technical training, sparring practice, and character development, making it a great all-around activity for kids.
