    This gym is fantastic! My son attends and im blown away by the quality of the gym, the staff are the best. They make my child feel at ease whilst also learning a valuable life skill. The staff there are amazing . Dre is beyond words with the children . Just all round a wonderful gym for children and adults. Can't recommend the place enough!

    Been training here for just under a year. The mix of classes is amazing - you can do something different everyday. All the coaches are great and always get involved in improving your technique with precise advice and support. There are sessions for every level you’re at and the gym is very welcoming to new members. Great bunch of people training here as well.

    Absolutely love this place. Both me and my daughter attend classes here. It is brilliant for kids with three classes a week and excellent coaches to help them train and improve no matter their goal. The adult classes are very versatile and well rounded to suit people of all capabilities whether they wish to get fit or compete or just to learn a bit of self defence. The coaches and the people who attend the classes are all really friendly and very helpful and help you progress at your own pace and they are very welcoming and help make you feel very comfortable. I definitely recommend this place to anyone for fitness or for training. There is also a 30 day free trial for anyone wanting to try it out and see if it's for them and the first session for kids is free as well.     I go to one mma academy and the coaches are the best and the facilities are really good as well, when you walk in the gym everyone is very friendly and very polite. It’s the best place to train in swinton x

    I have 2 of my sons (22 and 8) and because of the great coaches there I am able to go to work and know my son is well looked after.
