  I'm coming to the end of the 6 week course and would recommend this club to anybody. Not only is it the friendliest gym I've been to, it's probably the friendliest place I've been to. The instructors are very knowledgeable and helpful, the training partners are very patient and safe with the new starters. You'll definitely be challenged and probably ache a bit to start off, but you'll come out of each training session having learned something.

  Just completed my 6 week beginners course & signed up for membership Fantastic place to train BJJ, relaxed, accepting environment, everyone super friendly. Instructors demonstrate technique then walk around providing advice and guidance More senior grades are paired with lower grades who provide lots of hints & tips Loads of classes available Give BJJ a try!! 5+ Stars

  Absolutely loving my experience at this place! The coaches here are incredibly knowledgeable and patient, making sure beginners like myself grasp the fundamentals without feeling overwhelmed. The way they pair individuals and match abilities is spot-on, creating an environment where learning feels natural and enjoyable.   Great gym, run by a great bunch of people. I started on the 6 week beginner course and cannot recommend this enough!! Staff are really friendly and are more than happy to help you learn/go over any techniques you might be struggling with. Everybody at the gym is really approachable. A great atmosphere to learn and develop yourself :)! 10/10 would recommend.

  Me and my son started the 6 week beginner course and we have both been enjoying the whole experience the instructors and the people are all friendly and helpful and it’s been great for confidence and fitness and just got my first promotion 👍👍👌👌
