    Quickly became the biggest source of happiness, motivation and pride in my life. Regardless of if you are a life long athlete or haven't worked out in years, martial arts is a perfect way to work on yourself and achieve goals. Working out here I sweat more than I have playing football or rugby in the summers and I learn skills and improve every day. The whole team is incredible and everyone is happy to help anyone if they are struggling with a technique. They even offer private lessons for more personalized instruction. If you've ever wanted to try boxing or jiu Jitsu come on down and give it a try!

    Our kids have been training here in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai for the past 4 years. We can't say enough about the professionalism of the coaches, and the family atmosphere at the gym. Our kids have leaned so much more than just these disciplines-- they have been encouraged in so many more aspects of life. We are grateful for Nostos MMA!

    Can’t say enough positive things about this place. Nostos isn’t just a gym it’s a family. Whatever your goals may be this gym will make them a reality. Stepping through those doors on my first day was the best decision I have ever made. By far best part about this gym is that it’s for everyone. What to be a fighter? Come to Nostos!     Super legit MMA gym. I practiced BJJ here and loved it. The trainers are really knowledgeable and friendly, and so are all the members I’ve met at this gym. Great option for beginners who are looking to learn, and experienced fighters/grapplers who are looking to compete.

    Absolutely love this place!! My son started in October and now the whole family goes. The coaches are fantastic, there’s a great variety in classes offered, and I can’t say enough good things about the owners- they’re amazing!!! Joining this gym was one of the best decisions we have ever made! We are all so much more active and are learning skills that can be applied for self defense. It feels great to see my kids learning how to protect themselves. Thank you Nostos!!!
