A great gym and atmosphere for all levels. All the coaches are very knowledgeable and are there to help. They meet you where you are. Even if you have a disability like a bad foot(non union, neuropathy, crps) they will come up with workouts of all kinds that you can do but will still push you. Should be an option for a 10 star rating

It's a good place to train and workout. The staff are knowledgeable. However, I paid for private lessons multiple times and that's where the place let me down. I paid for private BJJ and Muy Thai lessons and the trainers were late 90% of the time, and when they did show up they would give me an exercise to practice that I could have found on YouTube for free or they would spend 20 minuets with me. I guess because I wasn't a fighter they felt they were wasting their time with me. It really hurt. To me, that showed they didn't care about me as a student. So, I left. Response: Shane for Muy Thai and Aaron for BJJ. I know Aaron doesn't go there anymore and sure, I guess I could understand that logic, but it doesn't change the fact that I still didn't feel valued as a student. Don't try to put that onus on me. The fact is, I paid for training and you guys let me down.
Some great guys but overall a rip off. 150 a month + fees ect They won't train you they will offer expensive 1/1s, and suggest you Google basics instead of taking the time to teach you. Go somewhere else!
