  My daughter loves going to classes at Excel. If it was up to her she would spend most evenings and weekends there. They learn tons and habeva blast!

  After my son's karate closed we had to find something for him. We decided to try Excel due to location and variety of classes offered. My son immediately was welcomed in by both staff and other students. My daughter quickly showed interest in trying a class and also enjoyed it as well. My husband decided to try the adult class and now we have a family doing this together. I am so thankful to have found such a wonderful training center that fits the needs for the whole family. They do have a few options to best fit your schedule and budget including a family plan. The kids love the variety of classes offered from beginner classes through weapons and kickboxing.

  Excel has two locations. One in Roscoe , Illinois one in Rockford, Illinois. Master G and his instructors are too notch. Very welcoming atmosphere. I would highly recommend

  I have been a student at Excel for five years now. Because of the instructor's amazing teaching skills, I have become a multi-time grand champion and a one-time national champion at only 14. I consider this place my second home, and the people are incredibly welcoming to newcomers. I cannot recommend this place and these people enough.

  I've been apart of Excel for 22 years in some way or another! It is my second home and I will always recommend this school. If you're looking for a place to learn discipline, skill, and determination, this is it!
