This is the best place to train BJJ, MMA, Kickboxing and Boxing. The classes are really good and coaches are extremely high level and really good at what they do. They explain everything in detail and they have a lot of exerience. Honestly whether you want to take it seriously and compete or just learn and have fun it's a great environment. Very friendly and suportive. Loads of high level and professional fighters/combat sports athletes as well which is good for beginners to learn from and you can choose from multiple classes per day. 10/10 great gym. Try it out you won't regret it.
Great coaches, high level of knowledge for a number of combat disciplines and endless patience for beginners and the forgetful such as myself.

A world-class mixed-martial-arts (MMA) facility. The gym covers a wide variety of classes, and hosts coaches that specialise in a variety of different disciplines (Kickboxing, Brazilian Jui-Jitsu, Wrestling, and Boxing but to name a few!). The gym has a broad spectrum of experience levels and does well to accommodate beginners through to elite-level competitors with classes that differentiate based on experience. For example, both fundamental and competition Brazilian Jui-Jitsu classes are timetabled. All classes are available to men and women, so classes also represents a safe staging point for women looking to try something new in a safe and well controlled environment.
