Since training here, my daughter has gained so much confidence and belief in herself. The coaches are supportive, motivating, and create a positive environment for everyone. Highly recommend!
My son loves coming here, he has gained a tonne of confidence and loves practising all of the combinations they teach. Dont just teach MMA but discipline.
My son started taking classes here just 6 months ago and the difference in his ability and his confidence in the time frame is astounding. The coaches are amazing with the kids whilst still ensuring they have the discipline of the art. A welcoming and well ran gym who all take a real interest in everyone who walks through their door. Brilliant place for kids and adults to learn and train. Daughter has been going since it opened and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. Adores all the coaches. The coaches are great with all the kids and brilliant at getting the best out of them.
I’ve been taking my boys to Shadow Box for the past two years, and I’ve also taken several classes myself. To be completely honest, we truly feel like part of the family. Carl, Joe, and the other coaches are fantastic with students of all levels—from beginners to more advanced athletes. Their support, patience, and dedication really make Shadow Box a special place.
I came across shadowbox a few years ago after realising my son needed some tough love, confidence and overall self of achievement. He'd fall over and itd end in him been a pile on the floor in tears. He was a target for bullies! Thought it wouldn't harm getting his baby sister in too. I cannot rate these any higher, watching the confidence in each of children grow has truly been amazing to watch. Also watching the two of them make friendships with fellow class mates and coaches is a massive plus. The lessons are always fun and engaging, with such a friendly and positive environment from both fellow parents and staff.
