Wonderful teacher very calm, patient. Master Odis’s patience, positivity, and ability to connect with each student is remarkable. Our kids look forward to every class, and we've seen huge growth not just in their skills, but in their confidence, discipline, and respect for others.

I’ve the pleasure of training under Professor Odie, so have all of my children (now young adults). Professor Odie’s world-class technique is evident in every demonstration. He doesn’t just show moves—he explains the reasoning, timing, and small details that make them effective in real situations. His deep experience in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu shines through, and his ability to adapt instruction for beginners, hobbyists, and competitors alike is truly impressive. The gym itself reflects his high standards. It’s spotlessly clean, well-organized, and equipped with everything needed for safe, high-quality training. Mats are regularly sanitized, equipment areas are tidy, and there’s a strong culture of respect and discipline among students—something that clearly stems from Professor Odie’s leadership. Whether you’re looking to improve your self-defense skills, compete at a high level, or simply stay active in a welcoming community, Professor Odie Neto’s academy is where it’s at. He’s a world-class instructor in every sense—on and off the mats. 10/10

This is an outstanding Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) studio for both adults and kids — perfect for learning the most effective self-defense while building ultimate confidence and getting in great shape! After years in retirement, the man, the myth, the legend Odie is back on the mats. He’s one of the most knowledgeable instructors you’ll ever meet, with proven techniques that work in real life. Whether you want to train casually or are serious about becoming the best, this is the place to be. Odie tailors his teaching to your style, showing you moves that truly work for you — not just running through a generic list of techniques. The drills will get you in shape fast, and the skills you gain will give you confidence that lasts a lifetime. Highly recommended!

This academy coming back is amazing! Odie Neto has taught so many people that went on to start their own academies! The training, the discipline, the focus he puts in his students is amazing. He is the reason I pushed my children to train!
