  Muay Thai - Thai Boxing 🥊, after my wife and I were there twice for trial training in March. We registered from April. It is very authentic as it is in Thailand 🇹🇭. Warm up, jump rope, stretching, crosF. Exercises, fitness, shadow box, technique, on the punching bag, or exercises for two, as well as sparring and pad training's. The coaches, whether Andy, Angelo or Johanna, correct it and always keep an eye on you to learn the exercises correctly. We are still looking forward to being able to train with you authentic Muay Thai 🇹🇭. 1st year passed happily for another year... 💪🏼 Marie O. & Serkan O.
