I trained with Jan Basso, head coach and founder of KINGDOM HQ, for two years before and after the foundation of the Kingdom HQ Gym. Jan Basso is an excellent coach and competitor, which is proven through the various successes of his students and himself. Most of the classes are being taught by Jan Basso himself, the remaining classes, which are of excellent quality, are being taught by some of his successful students. What I valued most during my time at the KINGDOM HQ is the high quality of training and family like and joyful atmosphere, which makes everyone feel welcome immediately. Unfortunately, I had to leave the kingdom family due to moving out of Frankfurt. Apart from bjj and a great mat space, the gym also offers Muay Thai, wrestling, a lifting room, and a nice lounge.

I was in Frankfurt to visit and found here a place to train. People are friendly, the location has good connection with the subway. Jan is a great teacher and competitor. I suggest to everyone who likes BJJ/Grappling to come here if living or visiting FFM

Sensei Jan is a world class professor and competitor! And outside of the mat he is the kindest, calmest and funniest guy ever! I’m so glad I got to train there and I hope to visit very soon again!!! 😍🥋

Great Jiu-Jitsu, great gym. Welcoming everybody and providing good training for ALL belt and intensity levels. Big mat space available, 2 x training time every day. No jerks. All ages and genders (men, women, kids) on the mats regularly. The go-to-place for BJJ in Frankfurt. Recommend it 5stars.
