  Friendly coaches who cater to individual needs. Explanations are clear and helpful. You can train at your own level and don't have to worry if you don't know or can't do something. Overall: Great atmosphere, great sport.

  The focus is on the practical learning of various techniques, both with and without weapons. The training is tough, but the people are friendly and attentive to individual needs and safety. The facilities could be improved, but you learn to fight here 👍
