  I would give it negative stars If I could. I signed up for this gym and paid upfront for one class, and I would have liked to continue with the facility. After I signed up for the 3-month trial, I did not have time to come to the facility to train due to work. I was slapped with a 452 euro bill that I could not get waived for any reason because the owners are not understanding. For any foreigners please do your research before signing up with any facilities. Owner than hung up on me saying “He had other customers to take care of” when I am in the middle of negotiating.

  I must say, it was an outstanding experience. The wealth of knowledge and expertise possessed by the instructors is truly remarkable. They are not only highly skilled but also dedicated to helping each student reach their full potential.What I appreciated the most about MMA spirit is the friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The students support and encourage each other, creating a strong sense of camaraderie within the dojo. It really feels like a community that motivates and inspires you to push your limits.

  Very welcoming team, clean facility, and a great selection of workout equipment. Coaches were very accommodating to complete beginner that I am. Would highly recommend as both a gym and training facility.
