  A variety of different combat sports such as NoGi grappling, Boxing and BJJ. Everyone is super friendly and lucky for me everyone speaks English 😂 Beginners are welcome and safety always comes first! NoGi trainer is Andy who has a wealth of knowledge regarding wrestling, catch wrestling, Judo, BJJ …etc. Training is 2 times a week currently. Flo is the BJJ Trainer and adds Yoga and stretching elements into training to help recuperate faster and avoid injuries. All in all, a great team spirit with amazing girls and guys who are always ready to share their knowledge! ☺️🙏

  I go to adult boxing in the evening. Tue/Fri. Gerd the trainer is a great person who organizes the training extremely well and is still in top shape at over 70. Training is always strenuous and sometimes pushes you to your limits.🥊
