  We have really enjoyed Miloki Flow. My twins are 7 and have a lot of energy to burn. They have learned discipline, Jiu Jitsu technique and have had fun and made friends along the way. The teachers are well versed in kids and know how to bring out the best in them.

  I dropped in for a class and they greeted me like I was an old friend. I visit a lot of academies so I feel uniquely qualified to say that the facilities are first class in terms of cleanliness and accoutrements. The instruction was great and very true to the tradition of Gracie jiu jitsu while adding in fun new training methodologies. The culture is fun, friendly, polite and professional. The kids program looked like a blast too! All around an excellent place to train. I would recommend this academy for anyone looking to get into Jiu jitsu.

  Excellent in multiple categories for why I have been enrolled here for over 12 years (a name change with new location but same instructors explains the time confusion). 1. Welcoming environment for all 2. Kindness and acceptance 3. Enthusiasm to TEACH jiu jitsu which is passed on from the instructors, to advanced students, to new students. 4. Safety concerns at all times is a priority 5. And most importantly, you learn TECHNIQUES, jiu jitsu.
