Had my first Thai boxing classes here 6 weeks ago and been back every week since the coaches are friendly and helpful. The classes are fun but a real work out great for getting back into shape while learning a new skill. Honestly one of the best things I have done in ages can't wait till my son is old enough to attend the children's classes

Been training here for just over 2 years and can't recommend enough. Friendly and insightful coaches. Wish I had joined earlier!

I had my first Thai boxing class there tonight and as a female I was very nervous. I can honestly say I have never felt so encouraged. They stepped up and didn’t let me quit, it was extremely empowering and I am very thankful. I will definitely be back!

Been taking my son to this place for a few months now to learn Thai Boxing and he absolutely loves it. Staff are all polite and welcoming, the instructor is great with Kids and teaches them well. Would definitely recommend.

I've trained at Middleton BJJ for around 4 years and I believe it is the best decision I have ever made. Over the last 4 years I have my self confidence has sky rocketed which has helped me in both my personal life and my career. I've also made life long friends who welcomed me with open arms when I was apprehensive and nervous about starting a new sport with people I didn't know. The coaching is fantastic, it's great fun, the class fee's are unbelievably cheap and its a great way to get in shape. All in all I would recommend this to anyone. Whether you're on your own or in a group, come by and try a class, you'll regret not trying it sooner!
