Immaculate vibes and technical coaching and sparring. Buffy, Cammy and crew are all super welcoming. Cammy is a great teacher making techniques and positional priorities clear. Clean, nice space also. Big recommend if you’re visiting or looking for a home no gi gym

Amazing BJJ gym in Glasgow. META-TECH has a welcoming vibe, spotless facilities, and world class training. Cammy's teaching style is super approachable; he is able to explain concepts simply without sacrificing detail, setting you up with a highly applicable grappling system. My favourite thing about META is that you'll find top class practitioners but no ego on the mats -- coaches and members are friendly, respectful, patient, and talented training partners, no matter where you are in your bjj journey.

I’ve been training at meta tech since it opened in April 2024 having trained jiu jitsu for 7 years. The quality of coaching is outstanding and the facilities (including sauna and cold plunge) are excellent. Large mat space and members are welcoming and good to train with. I’d recommend training there to anyone.

Meta-Tech in Glasgow is hands down the best BJJ gym. As a beginner, I’ve felt completely supported by the welcoming environment. Cammy is an absolute standout. His depth of knowledge and technical expertise is world-class, yet he’s incredibly patient and down-to-earth when working with beginners. I had the chance to drop in for a few classes during my week in Glasgow, and I was really impressed. The facility is top-notch, and the coaching is excellent. Everyone was welcoming and kind. I highly recommend this gym to anyone new to jiu-jitsu or anyone just looking for great rolls.

This Gym is incredible! My daughter has been at the kids class since it opened. Cammy, Darren & Ryan have been absolutely fantastic. Carrie loves learning the drills and moves, showing us how to execute these at home. ⭐️🤜🤛
