My daughter absolutely loves Lionheart. They have a great curriculum that prioritizes respect and confidence. I’d recommend Lionheart to anyone with kids who could use a confidence boost and who need community outside of school and home. While I do not attend classes myself, the adults who do and I’ve spoken to have only positive experiences. It really is a great place to be a part of!

New here at Lionheart but I am very impressed so far. They are very welcoming and accommodating and get you set up quickly. Then it is a “jump right in” approach which I loved. The instruction is straight forward and demonstrated well. The groups so far are very respectful and helpful. Workouts are great. I plan to stay for the long haul. My child goes here too and they are wonderful with the kids! He loves it too and always wants to come back. That tells you a lot!

Training Muay Thai and Jiu Jitsu here has been an amazing experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt like family. There’s absolutely no judgment—just supportive people who genuinely want to see you grow and succeed. Whether you’re brand new or experienced, everyone roots for you. I couldn’t recommend this place more.

One of the best decision we’ve made for our daughter! This gym has been incredible from day one. The coaches are patient, knowledgeable, and truly care about the kids, not just their technique, but their confidence, discipline, and growth. My daughter has learned so much in such a short time, both on and off the mats. The environment is positive and empowering, and the other families are so welcoming that it really feels like a community. We’ve seen huge improvements in her coordination, focus, and self-esteem. She looks forward to every class and is so proud to show what she’s learned. I can’t recommend this place enough for anyone looking for a safe, encouraging, and fun space for kids to learn Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu!

Lionheart has been amazing. I go 3x a week and each professor has their own teaching style, but they follow a great athlete learning style. Especially if you have a wrestling background- the drills are great. Even though I’m new I have never been hurt or injured- but I get a great workout in every time. I’m a big guy- and they help me adopt the moves and encourage others to work with people outside their size to learn.
