My daughter joined Limitless after five years of training in Muay Thai and, at 12, was starting to lose interest in the sport. After just one trial session, the team made her feel welcome, supported and confident. They quickly recognised her potential and even arranged her first grading within a few weeks of joining. Since then, her confidence, skills and love for martial arts have gone from strength to strength. We couldn't be happier with the support, encouragement and coaching she has received from everyone at Limitless. Thank you for helping her rediscover her passion for training! Now we just need to get her fully comfortable sparring with the older boys and taking the occasional headshot! 😊

My son has been attending kick boxing lessons at the weekend - we can’t praise Limitless enough, from his first taster session everyone has been so kind and welcoming. Great facilities - the gym is always spotless. Really good prices for kids and the credit system works really well if you need some flexibility on dropping or picking up extra lessons - couldn’t recommend it more!
I'd give 7 stars if I could. I've been to a few gyms including some which had a couple pros on their roster but this gym tops them all. Staff are great people and great trainers too. The team that's been put together is solid and each trainer brings their own unique set of skills. In a lot of gyms its rare to get focused input from the coaches and a lot of the time, they just leave you to it but at Limitless, the coaches are attentive and give frequent feedback when you're training so you've always got consistent guidance. In the short time I've been here, I've picked up so much technical knowledge that I'm actually surprised no previous coach has ever broken it down the way the guys at Limitless have. You really get to see the difference between just hitting a bag and actually training skills. The atmosphere in the gym has been welcoming and friendly since day one and I always see the trainer's giving time to new arrivals. I could say much more but this reviews already a bit long but there's a lot to say about this place. I would and I already do recommend this to anyone looking to train whether you're a beginner or experienced.
We are so grateful for the wonderful experience our children have at this establishment. The classes have truly made a positive impact, fostering growth and enthusiasm. The instructors are incredibly dedicated and create a nurturing environment for learning. We appreciate the small group setting, which allows for personalized attention and development. Absolutely fantastic Family run Martial arts classes at Southampton. Team is fantastic. Sarah and Sohail very friendly, approachable and professional. My son comes 4 times a week and would do more if we had the time lol. This business isn't just about the money in fact, it's more about making everyone feel seen and involved. Super impressed eith the young teacher who's only 17, but is absolutely brilliant with the children at BJJ class. He makes me want to join the class. Real fun, friendly, approachable, engaging and i could go on and on. Can't recommend them all enough! Thank you
I have signed my kids to kick boxing here. It is very convenient, flexible and affordable. The flexibility in being able to join different type of martial classes is very helpful. The staff communicate clearly and helpful with the information they provide. Pricing is clear and it is affordable for multiple kids. The instructor for our class is fantastic. Helpful in getting kids involved. Foster confidence and also respect and discipline. Highly recommended.
