Not your average personal trainer - much much better! Very understated, professional and knowledgeable - as well as being super encouraging and a really nice, genuine guy. I am really happy with training with Kuba and am feeling the benefits in all kinds of ways. Highly recommended!

I recently attended Kuba’s flow workshop, and it was excellent. The session was dynamic, beginner-friendly, and genuinely fun. It introduced the fundamentals of movement flow in a clear, structured way, building from simple individual movements to smoothly linking them together. I would highly recommend this workshop and would absolutely attend again.

Kuba is an exceptional handstand coach! He breaks down each step and gives personalised feedback to ensure we understand the fundamentals and master the techniques before moving on. Having a great experience with Kuba as my coach and would highly recommend

I can highly recommend working with Kuba. I did the Movement Workshop and it was fantastic. Kuba is a great communicator and makes things seem totally achievable. Suitable for all levels. I have a severe AI disease with lots of joint issues and this session helped me move comfortably through a really wide variety of movement patterns. More able students got loads from the session too! If you get a chance to do this workshop go for it!

I first approached Kuba to help me with a ring muscle up and things just spiralled from there. My first ring muscle up took nearly 2 years to achieve what with an injury, starting a new business and covid. Kuba never gave up on me. Kuba inspired me to start developing some handstand skills. This goes way beyond just balancing upside down, I’ve seen massive improvements in my strength, coordination and mobility. I absolutely love practicing, for me it’s like meditation. I don’t think about anything else during my sessions which gives me a complete break from real life. We work mostly online as I live quite remotely but when time allows we also have face to face sessions. If you don’t like going to a gym or looking for something that will complement your current activities I would highly recommend talking to Kuba.
