I go for Muay Thai and it’s always the best part of my day. Good coaches, fun drills, nice people to visit with after class.

Every person I have come into contact with since joining Legacy has taught me something valuable whether it be about BJJ, life, or myself. I am humbled by their willingness to teach patience and foster learning without judgement. I can't say that about a lot of things in this world right now. I am healthier than I have ever been and it's not just because of the choices I make outside its because Legacy is constantly building me up and encouraging me to try, try, and try again. I have so much respect and gratitude for this place and the people in it! Come try it out!

I had an excellent experience at Legacy. I attended the free women’s defence class on Saturday with Stephanie and Hunter. They were so welcoming and patient with newcomers. Such an important initiative helping to empower women.
