    Visited here as a drop-in, they were super friendly with absolutely awesome instruction. They have some really great grapplers and it was a good workout. I learned a lot of really great details that helped me improve. Notably they also do a lot of great things for the community. If you get the chance to visit it will absolutely be worth your time.

    Last weekend was my first time going in their Academy. Very clean facility and super friendly! I went for their Women’s submission only charity tournament, it was sooooo much fun! I really hope they do it again next year!

    Great instructors, and best rates in town. It's a co-op (which is rad) with a great team. They aren't into over the top warm ups with little variation, more focus on mat time.

    This gym is great. They moved to a new location more centrally located and easier to get to. The people here are amazing.
