I Forgot my wallet at the gym coach Ron stayed an hour after the last class was over to make sure I got it back. The longer I train here the more I realize my coaches aren’t only teaching me how to be a great fighter they are also teaching me how to be a great person.

Great gym with great coaches, classes for everyone. Whether you’re looking to learn MMA, or just get in shape, there is a class for you. The coaches are really good at giving you individual attention, and genuinely care about your progress.

My 12 and 14 year old kids have been going to the youth striking class for the last year, and absolutely love it. Great instructors and a fun atmosphere.

I love La Bodega! The trainers and community are super friendly and fun. They have a great variety of classes provided for all ages and athletic abilities.
This place is absolutely amazing! We were drawn to it due to it's wonderful program for kids. Every staff member and instructor has been nothing but a gem of a human being! The instructors are so patient, compassionate, and encouraging towards the kiddos! We couldn't have custom-created a better environment for the kids and now us! You can feel the love and pride in every aspect of their presence! We will be clients here for a while :-) Thank you for existing, La Bodega!!
It's no wonder why everybody leaves 5 star reviews. I have been a member at this gym since it opened, and they have never let me down. This gym has something for everyone. The structure in which they build their classes is phenomenal. If you're looking for great workouts that push you to the limit or yoga or you want to become a fighter, they've got it. It is truly a wonderful culture where the coaches and the members grow together every day. I couldn't see myself leaving ever. Great team and great company. Thank you for all you do!

If you are looking for a club to improve your health and well being, give La Bodega a try. They have great coaches and a variety of classes that keep you moving, sweating and laughing. The coaches also give you the confidence to try new things. I am 53 years old and recently have attended both the grappling and striking classes. I learn something every day that I show up. If you are willing to keep moving, you will succeed at La Bodega. Every day I walk in the door I feel like I am with my family. Great gym! The coaches are FANTASTIC they genuinely care and want to help you to achieve your goals. All the other gym members are helpful and very patient if you are learning something new. This gym has everything you should need for all experience levels and many different types of classes. Great atmosphere for everyone. 10 out of 10 would recommend!
I love coming to La Bodega. Partly because I get to tell people I go to a fight club which makes me feel significantly cooler than I am. But mostly for the people. Mitch is a fantastic trainer and has changed how I workout to be more effective and efficient. I commented that I was having hip pain and he customized the remainder of my workout to target the cause of the pain and to strengthen the areas around my hip to really make sure I was getting the most out of my time. Chad is an awesome coach on Fridays, I love the energy and how each class is different from the last. My kids both love and look forward to coming to the Sunday and Friday wrestling training. Such a great local gym with small class sizes and a family-like feeling.
I’ve been to a few different martial arts/fitness gyms and this one is hands down one of the least intimidating, highly motivating and welcoming spaces I’ve ever encountered. Every coach I’ve trained with has a unique and fresh take on running classes which keeps things interesting and fun. I also love that every coach at this gym runs a whole class but still manages to give one on one attention and tips/areas for improvement to each individual. You can tell they all genuinely care about their members’ progression and specific goals. I’ve never felt more at home in a gym and every day I look forward to my time at la bodega. If you’re considering checking it out just go try a class, you won’t be disappointed!

One of the best gyms you'll come across. Mitch and Ron are great coaches for a workout and for training for competition. They have been doing it for years and make you feel comfortable while pushing you to get a sweat.

I started La Bodega at the end of September and so far – I have lost 20 pounds and really starting to feel a positive change in myself. I lost my mom in August 2021, turned 49, and after spending years focusing on work while raising my 2 boys – my health took a back seat. I ran into Chad leaving the gym one day and he encouraged me to join. The first few weeks were ROUGH. Despite having little experience and fitness knowledge, the La Bodega team has been super supportive, continuously encourages me to meet my goals, and keep improving. They keep the workouts fresh, fun, and exciting. I look forward to my time at La Bodega because it feels like a community working together, not just a gym.
This is not a gym but a community! I feel so supported by my fellow members and the instructors! Instructor Mitch knows how best to push each member to help them reach their fitness goals. I leave each circuit training session knowing that I’m moving towards my goal of being the best me I can be! I don’t only feel physically stronger but mentally stronger with the confidence that I can do more than I ever thought! #LoveTheFight

If you’re like me, you’ve gone to martial arts training schools in the past and found them to be a bit intimidating - or the culture to be overwhelming. I walked in at La Bodega about three months ago, not knowing what to expect. I went from apprehension to excitement after about 15 minutes with the team. I have been greeted with nothing but kindness from Mitch, Kelly, Billy, Ron, and others. It honestly feels as though you are working out with longtime friends, but those friends are highly skilled at kickboxing and grappling. The best part is that whether you are partnered with an experienced person or someone new, everyone is friendly and willing to help you with technique, form, and encouragement. There are no egos or hierarchy here, which is such a breath of fresh air. I have gotten the best workouts of my life and didn’t even realize it - just having fun with the team. I strongly encourage anyone who is on the fence about starting something new to come in, meet the team, and try a Saturday mid-morning kickboxing cardio workout.
Best workout, I've had in my life. Bring water and come to pay your sweat dues!! Morning classes at 6am. This place is fast growing, so get in and become a member soon!!

Mitch is a very professional and engaging coach. He has prepared me for my last 2 MMA fights. I have been able to grow immensely as a fighter in my time here, in my striking, grappling and discipline. Small class sizes allows for excellent attention to all present students.
Perfect for martial arts beginners or experienced fighters. Mitch is very knowledgeable and knows how to make class fun. I've been doing one personal training session a week for 3 months now and the results have been amazing. My strength and endurance have drastically improved, and I've lost over 10lbs! I always leave Fighting 4 Fitness in a great mood, and my overall mental health has never been better. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great workout.
