“Jujitsu has made my child more agile and strong. It's great to see them engage in healthy physical activity. My child has made new friends through jujitsu and enjoys being part of a team. It's helped them develop better social skills. The instructors are fantastic with kids. They emphasize safety and make sure everyone understands the techniques properly. Overall, we're extremely happy with the jujitsu program. It's been a positive influence on our child's development. Seeing my child progress and enjoy jujitsu has been incredibly rewarding. We're very satisfied with the program.”

Starting something new, especially as a woman interested in training Brazilian jiu jitsu, can feel scary. However my experience at Kyuzo has been amazing. From the moment I walked in I was met with open arms into a welcoming and supportive community. The coaches and the people that train there are incredibly friendly and encouraging which makes every session enjoyable and rewarding. I've been training at Kyuzo for almost two years now, and like many others, I only regret not starting sooner.

My six year old trains here and she's always excited to go. It's been great for her to build healthy habits around exercise and confidence. The coaches have a real talent for engaging children. Parking is limited, but there is a bike rack in the building if that is an option for you.
