  Great recovery space, sauna and cold plunge are top quality . The food in the cafe is very nice DCA gym has the best coaches for all levels from top athletes to beginners very good to learn from the best .

  Learned a lot, and the trainers are really top notch. Can’t recommend them highly enough! Highly technical, so it’s a great place to go if you’ve got experience already because they’ll really sharpen your skills and offer great strategy advice.

  Great place to train, especially for beginners. Drop in classes so even if you're not sure it's really easy to try. Whether you want to get fit or learn more about striking this is the place to go. Gym culture is extremely friendly and the coaches are extremely receptive to the million questions I ask every day.

  Best Muay Thai Gym in Europe. I have Travelled all over the world training and Fighting I've lived in Thailand and I've lived In brazil. Ive seen the highest level of martial arts. The coaching and the training there is the best in the world. And the best part is Everyone speaks English ! If youre Thinking about starting dont hesitate. Book your first class now. or just show up at the gym. (Beginner classes at 7pm weekday Evenings )

  Started training Muay Thai with Stefan back end of March '23 for 1:1 training. Really enjoying it, in my second month and its been great! Feeling much more energetic, sleeping better and it's encouraged me to take fitness more seriously. Stefan is a solid coach, keeps me working hard each session and keeps it interesting with a good balance between fitness and technical work.
