Open atmosphere, friendly people and a capable teacher - a place to face new challenges under competent guidance. I have thoroughly enjoyed my visit. And, I would definitely recommend going there and practise, be it Aikido, BJJ, Yoga or some other program!

Brilliant club to train with, very welcoming environment, passionate and experienced coaches. The BJJ classes have a good mix of men and woman at all levels and everyone is always very helpful which made it comfortable when starting off. Ray's MoFlow class is also great, it has helped a lot with different injuries and pains. Highly recommend 💯

I started with a 4 week beginner Aikido course, and four months in, I am enjoying every aspect of my training. Every session is exciting. Ray is an excellent trainer, and his teaching methods are quite insightful. I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to learn martial arts and also feel a sense of greater community in addition to the routine lifestyle. Everyone is respectful and quite helpful which also creates a healthy training environment.
