Helton is an amazing coach and trainer, highly motivational and helped me up my results massively compared to my last trainer edit: Helton is still the best trainer, the facilities are great and the group is immense - long live Koning!

I was only dropping in but felt very welcomed and enjoyed the atmosphere of the gym for bjj. The class was well structured with drilling, positional and sparring to finish. The gym also has fantastic equipment for working out. Thank you Antoni for the class.

Hands down one of the best things I did was joining Koning. Everybody makes you feel so welcome, and despite being in my mid 30s, I have been able to progress my Jiu Jitsu skills at a really good level. The support is great, the training is great, and I have made some friends for life.

Joined Koning 12 months ago and it has completely changed the way I view the gym. Every member is friendly, welcoming and helpful - a fantastic all round atmosphere full of motivating people. Can’t recommend Koning, Helton and Rabbi enough.
I started Koning about 3-4 months ago with very little Jiu-Jitsu knowledge over the few months the members & coach Helton have been very welcoming and supportive which has kept me motivated to keep training harder. I have seen myself come a long way since I first began and can see myself staying for a long time very professional environment would recommend to anyone looking to take up martial arts.
I’ve been training at Koning fighting academy for 6 months now and can honestly say it’s one of the best things I’ve ever done 💯 Helton is brilliant at what he does and a good teacher. Soon as I stepped on the matt I was made to feel very welcome and was a good atmosphere. Theirs a great group of people and everyone is always more then happy to help each other out and with Helton,s guidance and knowledge it’s a brilliant place to train and better yourself I would 💯% recommend you try it! and like me you will not be disappointed and will always leave smiling and wanting more 🤙
I've been training with Koning fight academy just shy of a year. It was all new to me when I first started but immediately became a way of life. I joined for the fitness aspect and stayed for the comradery of the group, Helton as a coach, the disciplined mindset and most of all the smile on my face when I leave every single training session. I feel honoured to be apart of this academy and will see it through until my final days.
