  Big gym, it's insane! I've only done two classes. First it as the wrestling, they flung around me around even tho but I absolutely loved the class and the trainer was very good! Second was boxing all levels, ive done so many years of muay Thai and more recently done one on one boxing sessions at another gym and their boxing techniques are completely different, Unfortunately I'm going to stick to my other boxing, less about technique, they use completely different terms in all my years if muay Thai and most recently my coach

  Amazing gym. Very happy to have joined and regret not doing so sooner. My fellow students are most welcoming and friendly. Steve is most welcoming and encouraging of his students. Scott's BJJ No GI class is awesome, the technical tips are next level.
