Having the opportunity to learn an ancient martial art in such detail has been amazing. Especially when having the opportunity to travel to Japan and train at the Sekiryukan, in Fukuoka. All thanks to the incredible teaching by Sensei Thomas Crooks. A must for all martial artists, especially those with a heavy interest of the history of martial arts.
