My first ever experience of a martial arts gym, and I was immediately made to feel at home. Training at Kenshiro has made me feel like I'm part of a team. Highly skilled and responsible coaches, who consistently go above and beyond for their students.

Kenshiro Gym has been brilliant for my son. The coaching is structured, disciplined, and focused on proper technique from day one. It’s real Muay Thai — not a watered-down boxercise class — and that’s exactly what I was looking for. The gym itself has state-of-the-art equipment, everything you’d expect from a serious training environment. You can tell no corners have been cut. The team’s passion for Muay Thai is huge — it’s not just a job to them, it’s a way of life, and that energy carries through every session. The coaches strike the right balance between pushing the kids and building their confidence. My son is learning respect, composure, and resilience, not just how to throw punches and kicks. The atmosphere is serious but supportive, and you can see the standards are high. Fitness levels have improved massively, but more importantly, so has his focus and discipline outside the gym. For a young lad who benefits from structure and routine, that environment matters. If you want your child learning authentic Muay Thai in a gym that takes standards seriously, Kenshiro is the place. Highly recommend.

Been training here for over 2 years and I have nothing but great things to say about this gym. Very friendly atmosphere, great coaches and brilliant classes tailored for beginners, advanced and anyone looking to start fresh or upgrade their existing skills with either Muay Thai, MMA, strength and conditioning, BJJ boxing and more. Fully recommend!

Best Muay Thai/martial arts gym in Brighton. State of the art facilities. Beginner friendly but also great for fighters looking to compete with the high level coaching available here you have everything needed to level up. Unique atmosphere, Positive energy, and good vybes where team mates lift each other up push each other to succeed and have fun in the process. Joining kenshiro gym provided an environment I could thrive in. if you’re considering it as an option just go and see for yourself I’m sure it will have the same effect on you.

Kenshiro gym is as good as they come on the south coast and its reputation speaks for itself self. It’s a professional and welcoming environment for anyone who wants to learn, train and or compete. A wide variety of classes are taught by dedicated, skilled and friendly coaches. Its new refurb has elevated what was already an outstanding gym to the next level.
