  I’ve trained jiu jitsu since 2013. I had an incredible experience at Kaizen Jiu Jitsu! The instructors are exceptionally skilled, patient, and create a welcoming environment for all skill levels. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and fosters a strong sense of community. The jiu jitsu classes are top-notch, with clear instruction and a focus on technique that has significantly improved my skills. I highly recommend Kaizen Jiu Jitsu to anyone looking to train in a supportive and professional setting!!!

  I’ve been training under Coaches Brandon Hornby and the Burnette Brothers for the past three years. It’s been an amazing journey learning and building relationships. They’ve added two other amazing Coaches with Mike Reymundi and Andreas Panagore. What an awesome place to learn! I can’t wait until the new Kaizen Jiu Jitsu gym opens!

  Kaizen is led by some of the best grapplers in the state of Virginia. As products of the Renzo Gracie linage and Tim Mannon black belts - Brandon and his team are some of the most knowledgeable instructors you will find in Virginia… not only that but they’re also some of the best people to train with as they are respectful, eager to help and genuinely fun to be around. For anyone looking to start jiu jitsu, or continue their journey - check these guys out for sure. As a jiu jitsu purple belt, I still use the instruction and knowledge they taught me many years ago and I know the same will be said for those who decide to train alongside them at Kaizen.
