  My son has been going to Kaisho for about a year and a half and everyone has noticed how his confidence has grown in this time! The Sensei's are so good with the children especially Sensei Matt and Sensei Ted. He has progressed through the belts and really enjoys the sessions. I would recommend Kaisho to anyone interested in martial arts.

  My son has been learning at Kaisho for two years and he has fun and has gained confidence. Friendly staff and thanks Senseis for their teaching not limited to martial arts skills but also values for respecting the others. Would definitely recommend classes here!

  I have spent over 25 years of my life studying martial arts, and have seen many schools in that time. My sons and I have been training with Sensei Sean and the team for around seven years. This is a great club, which combines a deep knowledge of how to teach martial arts to children with Sean's extensive real world experience as a doorman. There are regular sessions and a friendly atmosphere. I would thoroughly recommend it to adults and kids alike.

  My son has been attending classes for three years and loves it. It’s improved his confidence and concentration and he’s made new friends. The instructors are really good at making sure the kids are doing the moves safely but also having fun. I would recommend.

  Great and inclusive martial arts club. Son joined two years ago aged 4, still going every week and loving it. Clear benefits for self-discipline, concentration, respect, co-ordination, learning and working towards goals (belts). Instructors are all great with kids of all ages.
