I had a lot of anxiety about going to a fighting gym, it can be very Intimidating for people who are new. When I first arrived I have to admit that I hid inside myself lol however, once I arrived I had a conversation with one of the coaches (N). I was relieved to know that everyone is friendly and there’s no egos. That conversation gave me enough confidence to stay and learn something new. Since then I haven’t looked back.
Posted 1 year agoIm quite new to this gym i felt slightly intimidated by how much of the members had experience and knew what they were doing as a beginner it felt to difficult to pair with them. Attended few session muay Thai and grappling. Great coaches teaches well to beginners. Atmosphere friendly, sessions are well structured and great for all people at different levels. Would prefer if there was a strength conditioning (HIIT) sessions and would like to join again as muay Thai or grappling requires skills and its not for everyone.

Posted 1 year agoGreat club! The instructors are great really knowledgeable on every step. My three girls attend the kids classes after my husband joined adult mma. Full timetable of classes on every day in many disciplines. Thank you for the great tuition recommended to anyone.
Posted 2 years agoFor a beginner, I was nervous at first but once your inside, you will be welcomed and looked after, the coaching is A grade! A great club for anyone at any level of ability! With the additions of training styles and arts, you have everything available to help you advance in your grading! Highly recommended PROLIFIK
