Luton Grappling Club is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and grappling academy in Luton with Gi BJJ, No-Gi BJJ and wrestling classes for adults and children ages 4–14. Established in 2017, the academy runs over 80 adult classes a month, kids classes seven days a week, and ladies-only classes.

This is a really good club. I started 7 months ago and have made massive progress. The coaches are top tier and genuinely care about student development. Classes are fully separate for men and women, with no mixed sessions, which creates a focused and comfortable training environment. After just a few months of training here, I won my first competition, and 4 months later I won my second with ease, Alhamdulillah. The level of sparring in the gym is very high—often tougher than competition. Also every membership comes with free access to their weights gym
Has some of the best coaches in the world for BJJ this is the place where you want to be to come a world class athlete. Moreover the gym is open 24h which is good as you can lift weighs at 5am and do BJJ 7 am in the morning Great gym
Could not recommend this gym enough. My children love the classes and have convinced me to join the ladies classes too. Incredibly dedicated and supportive coaches! Highly recommend.
Will always be grateful that I joined with Luton Grappling Club. Classes are strictly women only so you feel comfortable to train. There are classes on multiple times during the week, so even with family and kids, its easy to find the time to go. Glad I joined, and would recommend BJJ to anyone
"The best time ever!" "So much fun!" My boys have loved every session at LGC! The club offers something for the whole family, which is quite rare to find! The timings work with schools and the kids look forward to the sessions, so it's no trouble getting them to attend. The instructors are friendly and dedicated to helping your kids. 💯 recommend. 5*!!
Such a wonderful place to learn jiu-jitsu! Coach Dara is absolutely fab and is straight from the heart of Brazil herself, so it is an authentic teaching experience. They offer female-only classes in a high quality gym in Luton. Recommend!! ⭐️
Been training here for a while now and honestly can’t recommend it enough. The gym has a great atmosphere and is welcoming whether you’re a complete beginner or a seasoned athlete. The coaching staff is world class, they genuinely care about helping everyone improve, not just competitively but personally as well. The coaches do a great job of pushing you physically and mentally while still making training enjoyable and accessible. You can tell they’re invested in your progress and take the time to help you develop proper technique and confidence on the mats. If you’re looking for a BJJ gym with high-level instruction, a supportive team, and a strong culture, this is the place. Also great facilities too. Big mat space, a great gym downstairs with a sauna.

Posted 1 year agoAn absolutely dream place to train for BJJ competitors. Brilliant coaching and a range of experienced fighters really helps in developing your game to the next level. I’ve been training BJJ for the last 10 years but trained here in Luton grappling club for the past 2 years. It’s by far the best club I have ever trained in.

Posted 4 years agoI went there for the first time and thought I would be left out on side however that was not the case. The team welcomed me and after some warm-ups and drills we started to spar. I spared with guys who were very experienced but took it easy on me. From that day onwards I kept coming back as the atmosphere and team spirit amazing.
