Great place for kids and adults to train BJJ. Christos and the other coaches do a great job no matter the level, from beginner to high level competitor. Highly recommended

Anger is an excellent, clean, professional gym. When my 6 year old son joined this past winter he had been training Jiu Jitsu for about a year. Coach Christos has elevated my son’s abilities both mentally and physically in a remarkable time frame. Christos has brought his skills and confidence to a new level and i cannot wait to see it pay off in his upcoming competitions. I highly recommend this gym.

My son has been attending KAIROS Jiu Jitsu for a couple months now and we couldn’t be happier! The instructors are absolutely fantastic — they’re not only skilled and knowledgeable, but also incredibly patient and encouraging with the kids. My son has so much fun every time he goes and always comes home excited to tell us what he learned. It’s been amazing to see his confidence grow. Highly recommend KAIROS for anyone looking for a positive and supportive environment to learn Jiu Jitsu!

Great program for all ages. I started coming for my daughter and ended up signing the whole family up for classes. Instructors are knowledgeable and patient with a strong competitive spirit.
