5 star review for sure! Jeff is an exceptional coach for all ages and skill levels. I'm in my late 20s and I have just as much fun at his classes as I see the younger teenagers having at theirs. I watched the end of one of the kids Karate classes and I was amazed at how Jeff was able to instill such good disciplined behaviour into them while they were still having so much fun. They offer a variety of classes from BJJ to striking. You can find all levels from the most beginner to real experts for training partners. Very friendly environment created by the nice people that the gym attracts to come train at as well as the people running it. Highly recommended for everyone!

As a complete beginner and 5’2 woman, I was really intimidated at first but the instructors and the community were so welcoming and helpful. They’re really encouraging and Jeff Joslin is an amazing teacher. He’s very patient and helps everyone including beginners get motivated to learn. I’ve been here for almost 3 weeks and I love it so much. Highly recommend.

Just started back up at Joslin’s after about a 10 year hiatus. I couldn’t have pick a better martial arts studio that fits my schedule perfectly. The classes are an absolute killer workout and Jeff is always there to make sure his students are the making the proper adjustments if need be. You can tell he really cares about his students and their progress. Would recommend to anyone new or experienced in the MMA world.

The most experienced and respected mixed martial arts club in the Hamilton area since I was a kid in the 1970’s. I am grateful that my children have the opportunity to be students of the Joslin family dynasty.
