5th Dimension Training Academy

The black built guy and the Muay Thai instructor are amazing people. But there is some A hole fake brown built acting like he made the art. I am white built he punched me in the face to get a submission. He was very disrespectful and kicked me out. For a lack of better skills. Not worth it. Very disrespectful BJJ instructor. Do better please. Gyms like this one are making Martial art looks bad

What an awesome location to train at whether you are interested in competing or would like to just learn a new discipline, this is a great place to start! I live 7 hours away but I now make a week long vacation to come train with them for that period. TOTALLY worth the drive!! Atmosphere is welcoming, coaches are knowledgeable and made lots of new friends during my time.

I've been training in both Jujitsu and Muay Thai classes for almost a couple of years now. My 2 girls just started Jujitsu and we love it. All coaches are very well trained and helpful when learning new techniques. I would recommend 5th dimension to anyone at all different levels for both classes.

Amazing place to train. I've been at 5th Dimension for over a year now and have felt welcome since day one. Everyone is very supportive and the instruction is top notch. All of the coaches are invested in their students and go above and beyond to help them grow. It can be intimidating to start training in a martial art, especially as a woman, but the atmosphere at 5th Dimension is the best I've ever experienced. Plus, it is one of the only gyms I've ever been to that has as many women as men on the coaching staff. Happy to call this gym my home.
