I have been a student of robs coming on to a year now. Joining this has been one of the best choices I have ever made. The classes makes you feel better and gives you one of the best workouts I’ve ever had. I have learned so much from my short time there and I can’t wait to continue .Rob is a great instructor and makes all his students feel comfortable and has really helped me come a long way in many different aspects he is an overall legend!

My Son has been training with Robert at Explosive Martial Arts for over a year & it’s been a great experience! Rob has helped him with confidence, coordination, endurance & of course, self defence. The small class sizes & private training allows him the flexibility to focus on the individual needs of each of his clients. Highly recommend!

I train here weekly and have learned a lot of great self defense techniques! My son trains with me and the instructor is fantastic with him!! I highly recommend this for the whole family. We've improved our fitness and confidence. Rob has taught us to be much more aware of our surroundings and given my son and I tools to better handle confrontational situations.

Great set up of gym. Rob is very professional and knowledgable of his area of expertise. He is very patient with the individual so they are comfortable with certain self defense maneuvers. I would highly recommend this place for working on increased flexibility, self confidence and to be able to defend yourself if you have to.

Great kickboxing/boot camp style workouts with applicable real life self-defense. I like that it's a private gym with small class sizes and no unnecessary belt systems. Also there are no junior instructors, just the owner teaches. Try a class if you're unsure, but you'll be hooked. A 6 week membership gets you a great rate and there are no long term commitment or strings.
