  Had a great session yesterday with Rick, a highly experienced martial artist, coach, and fighter with over 30 years in the game. The gym is beautiful — super clean, well-maintained, and has a really positive vibe. Rick comes across as passionate, knowledgeable, and professional, making it a great spot for anyone looking to improve — whether you’re a beginner or an experienced martial artist wanting to sharpen your skills.   Rick is an awesome instructor, personable and dedicated to getting you active and fit. I get the BEST workout in an hour and it’s such a great way to move and release pent up energy. Welcoming to beginners and experienced people alike. What an awesome addition to the Santa Cruz community!
