  My daughter Aaliyah was able to do a drop in class while we are here on vacation. She had an amazing time. She was welcomed in by everyone. She really enjoyed training with all the coaches and students. Aaliyah came out saying she wanted to move out here so she could keep training with everyone. No better endorsement! Thank you for giving her the opportunity to experience your gym! We will definitely be back in our next trip out here.

  Awesome class at Del Mar Jiu Jitsu Club. The session was run by Fellipe Andrew and it was top-tier from start to finish. Everyone was incredibly welcoming and the atmosphere was great. Highly recommend anyone in the area come train with this amazing group of people

  Our five-year-old daughter has been doing jiu-jitsu here for a few months now and we absolutely love it. We love that she really likes all of her instructors and she feels excited to go each time. The schedule is awesome because you can go up to six days a week, as opposed to many children’s programs that just offer one day a week for a class. So it’s not a big deal if you have to miss a class here or there, you can go plenty of other days. Our daughter especially looks forward to Saturday class, when there are donuts! This has been the best program for our daughter. Also, the parents that have their kids enrolled are also very nice. My husband enjoys working out in the related facility while our daughter is in class. Our family has also enjoyed the fun events throughout the year, making it feel like a community. 10/10!

  My daughter and son have been training at Del Mar Jiu-Jitsu, and it has been such a great experience for our family. Their confidence has grown and they’ve really enjoyed the challenge of learning something new. The flexible schedule has been a huge plus for us, and the instructors are fantastic-patient, encouraging, and really tuned in to each child’s individual progress. They push the kids to do their best while still keeping things fun and comfortable. We’re very happy we found this place and would highly recommend it to any family looking for a supportive and positive environment for their kids.

  Our family has had an amazing experience at Del Mar Jiu-Jitsu Club. My two daughters, ages 7 and 9, have been training here for the past year, and I joined myself about six months ago at age 48. From day one, the environment has been welcoming, positive, and truly family-oriented. Professor Mike, Professor Fabian, coach Leticia and all the other coaches do a fantastic job teaching and instructing students of all ages and skill levels. They emphasize not only strong jiu-jitsu fundamentals, but also respect, self-confidence, discipline, and teamwork. I’ve watched my daughters grow into stronger, more confident girls who are encouraged to be leaders and positive contributors to their community. As an adult student, I’ve also felt supported, challenged, and included. The culture here is about learning, growth, and supporting one another, not ego. Del Mar Jiu-Jitsu Club has become more than just a gym for us—it’s a community we’re grateful to be part of. Highly recommend to families, kids, and adults looking for excellent instruction and a truly positive training environment.
