I started training at Honor Roll two years ago, and without a doubt, it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Coming from a collegiate athletic and military background, I assumed I’d have an edge—but I was humbled in the very first class. The professors push you not just physically, but mentally. The environment is second to none: no egos, just a group of people genuinely committed to helping each other grow. I especially love that it’s family-oriented—I can bring my kids to train alongside me. My only regret is not starting sooner. If you want to be your best, you have to train with the best. And that’s Honor Roll.

I've been fortunate to train at Honor Roll for 10 years and can say it has something for everyone. Regardless if you want to get healthy and lose weight or if you want to regularly compete or anywhere in between, Professor Bruno has created an environment where all are welcomed.

I signed up about a year ago and I’m really glad I did. The quality of the classes, combined with the variety of coaching styles, creates an ideal environment to grow and progress in your BJJ journey. The atmosphere is positive, motivating, and welcoming. Everyone gives each other helpful feedback whether it’s pointing out areas to improve or acknowledging when something is done right. Overall, it’s a great place to train, and I’m happy to be part of the team.

Highly skilled and very welcoming. Fun safe place to learn new skills and roll with new partners. Always a controlled pace that meets the challenge of both participants. This is not my home gym but I always visit when I am in the area

I love this place! The atmosphere is amazing, I got along with everyone there almost immediately. I am always welcomed whenever I go in for class and they even memorized my name which makes me feel so special! I have learned so much in the month I have been there and I continue to learn something new every week. Thank you Alyse, Professor Bruno, and all of the other professor who continue to encourage me and make me feel like I’m apart of the Honor Roll family!
