  Lit up my love for the sport, the coaches of Omar and Orlando don’t just teach great BJJ but are also incredibly kind and talented people who genuinely care for your progress. Not to mention that everyone whom I had the pleasure of meeting and sparring with were some of the kindest people ever, with those who have years more experience than the beginners often helping them learn new techniques and defences, it was truly more than just a club to me and all others who have passed through. Would recommend to all who wish to learn BJJ as this club is the gold standard ideal of teachers and partners one can have in the sport.

  Incredibly welcoming and an extremely friendly atmosphere. The head coach, Omar, is an incredible teacher. Would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to get into martial arts for the first time!

  Great group at ISI. I joined as a complete novice and was welcomed along with guidance and patience from the whole academy, always making sure I had someone to roll with and always provided with tips on how to improve. Coach Omar is a very knowledgeable instructor who outlines technique in a clear way. Will be returning when I can!
